    1. A copy of the Register of Electors for Thursby Parish Council requested from Allerdale Borough Council
    1. Clarification sought from CALC around section 137 grants
    1. Confirmation sent to CALC that Thursby Parish Council can meet the deadline for submission of accounts and audit documents and the exercise of public rights by 31st July 2020.
    1. Item put in the Throstle advertising a Parish Clerk Surgery by phone on 8th July 2020 between 10am and 11am
    1. Plan of Thursby Lights from ABC circulated to councillors
    1. VAT claim for refund has been submitted on behalf of Thursby Parish Council
    1. Contacted Borderlands broadband voucher scheme regarding application for funding
    1. Clerks Surgery took place by telephone on July 8th 2020. No calls were received from parish residents.
    1. Requested training for councillors from CALC to assist in responding to planning applications.
    1. PKF Littlejohn have advised notified that they have received and logged the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) Part 3 for Thursby Parish Council and the AGAR is now in the queue for processing.
