 1. Apologies – Clerk to receive and note apologies for absence.

2. Declarations of Interest – Clerk to receive declarations by elected and co-opted members of interests in respect of items on the agenda.

3. Dispensations - The clerk to report any requests received since the previous meeting for dispensations to speak and/ vote on any matter where a member has a disclosable pecuniary interest.

 4. Minutes of previous meeting – Councillors are requested to authorise the Chair to sign the minutes as a true record of the meeting held on Tuesday 18th July 2017.

7. County Council and Borough Councillors reports – For information.

 8. Jubilee field fence – Councillors to discuss the access points on to the field.

 9. Grants – Councillors to consider the grants applications.

10. County Council Design Guide for planning applications – Cumbria County Council request comments on the recently circulated document.

 11. Community speed watch scheme update – Following circulation of revised training dates, councillors to agree a date for the training, and decide on numbers of participants.

 12. Low Road Lay-byes – Councillors to consider the situation regarding the two lay-byes.

 13. Grass cutting contract – Councillors to review the current grass cutting contract after year three.

 14. Removal/replacement of street sign Matty Lonning – Current position regarding the street sign.

 15. Wigton Rotary request to plant crocus bulbs and trees – Councillors to consider the request by the rotary club to identify suitable locations in the parish.
